How do Pre Draft Lists interact with the Draft Board?

When your pick is due, the Draft Board uses your active Pre Draft List to suggest players and power Auto Draft. You can switch between lists from the Draft Board at any time, and your list ranking determines which players Auto Draft takes if you run out of time.
